Crystal Antlers - Tentacles

The album falls somewhere in between symphonic noise and psychedelic rock, the gritty vocals and layered tones which seem to influenced by 3-4 decades of classic rock music and avant garde, were not contrived nor forced me to believe this band is creative.

As I listened I drifted in and out of sublime textures with oozing spools of orchestrations spinning round the head. For some odd reason Jim Morrison and The Doors came to mind, but what got me interested—and why the album stuck with me—is the eclectic vocals and almost abstract noise essence produced...which, again, was not giving off an "art" vibe. In all organic terms, it is a really damn good record.
